This page explains, plainly, what happens to your information if you use the inquiry form or contact links on this website. It applies to bezhunts.com only.
What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we receive whatever you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the species you're interested in hunting, and your message. We don't ask for or collect payment information, passport details, or firearm-licence information through this website — those are only ever discussed directly with Johan once a hunt is under discussion.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential safari with you. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How submissions are processed
The inquiry form is processed through a third-party form-delivery service, which receives your submission and forwards it to Johan's email. That service does not use your information for anything beyond delivering your message.
Cookies & tracking
This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not track you individually across visits or across other websites — it only counts anonymous, aggregate visits.
How long we keep it
Only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if a hunt goes ahead, plan your safari. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask.
